Message from the Program Manager
This is a milestone for the VBTC. The VBTC Portal will become more and more important to all of you as your training continues. It is a centralized location that contains links to every aspect of your training, from your application to your gradebook. Check back often as new and exciting changes are occurring daily.

About the VBTC / VVTI
The Veterans Business Training Center and the Veterans Vocational Technical Institute are online campuses that offer paid training to the combat wounded and disabled American veteran in call center/ contact center and help desk technology all accomplished remotely. This year, Purple Heart Services will be offering contract specific training to spouses of active duty members of the armed forces. Please call 800-274-9772 for additional information.
